Ingredients

    8-10 Granny Smith Apples (Peeled and Cored) and sliced into small quartered slices or put through processor.
    2 cups sour cream
    2 Eggs
    1 Cup Sugar
    2 tsp Vanilla
    1/2 Cup Flour

    Topping
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup butter
    1 C walnuts (optional)

Directions

Pulse topping ingredients in food processor until large crumbs form.
Put apple mixture in
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes
Put toppings on and bake for an additional 15 minutes
