    Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup
    *Radish, Fresh, 8 oz
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Peas, frozen, 2.0 cup
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    distilled white vinegar, 2/3
    Great Value Extra Light Olive Oil, 1/3
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1/2 C


Diced cauliflower, radishs, celery, carrots, add peas
blend vinegar, oil and splenda together real well. pour over veggies and mix around real well. Chill for 24 hrs
