    6 oz. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 cup muslei
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp honey
    15 blueberries, big ones, or equivalent


mix all indgredients in a bowl and shove in your mouth.
I usually add the blueberries last, so that they don't get squashed. If available, I'll add a tablespoon of toasted flax seeds. Toast or grind them!! They'll be easier to eat and digest. They've got a really nice nutty flavor. (not taken into calorie calculator though)And let's see, according to the list I found online, that's 4 of the 10 superfoods you're supposed to eat every day in your breakfast. 1. yogurt,2.cinnamon, 3. blueberries, 4. oats. (5 if you count the flaxsees!) And it will seriously keep you going until lunchtime.
