    1 (10 inch) flour tortilla (burrito size)
    2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded into bite size pieces
    1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
    1/2 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    2 large eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder


Preheat oven to 450*
Grease a 9 inch pie pan. Press tortilla into pie pan and mist with cooking spray. Toss chicken, cilantro, jalopenos, and 1 cup of cheese in a large bowl until combined. Spread filling over tortilla.
Whisk eggs, milk, flour, and baking powder in bowl until smooth. Slowly pour over filling and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let cool five minutes before cutting and serving.
