This is a very good topping for many many foods, Also as I add more recipies it will be an ingredient in many. You can subsitute parsley for cilantro, make this ahead, and use it for a few days for a very low calorie condiment for fish, burgers, chicken, tacos and fajitas! Enjoy!!! Ingredients

    2 medium tomatos
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    handful springs cilantro or parsley

Directions

chop all items, mix together. Simple! Use as much or as little as you like of each ingredient to suit your taste.
