Number of Servings: 12


    2 Cups flour
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    4 Tbsp unsalted butter
    3/4 Tsp salt
    1 Cup Silk soy milk


Mix dry ingredients and add small pieces of room temperature butter. Incorporate butter with hand or pastry cutter until small crumbs. Stir in soy milk carefully until completely mixed. DO NOT OVER MIX OR BISCUITS WILL BE TOUGH. Divide onto lightly buttered pan or cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Then enjoy
