Large Fluffy pancakes for any morning of the week! Large Fluffy pancakes for any morning of the week!
Number of Servings: 12


    1 cup Quaker old fashioned oatmeal
    2 cups lowfat (1%) buttermilk
    3/4 cup eggbeaters or other egg substitute
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder


Combine wet ingredients with oats and set aside for 2 minutes. Combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet slowly and mix until just combined. Spoon by 1/4 cups into skillet. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
