    300g dark chocolate chips
    300g butter
    5 eggs
    115g caster sugar
    115g SR flour
    100g raspberries


Preheat oven to 160
Melt the choc and butter in a bowl over a pan of boiling water
Beat the eggs & sugar, fold in the flou, stir in the chocolate, stir in raspberries
Spoon into cases
Bake for 20 mins
