    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    1/2 cup fresh rosemary leaves
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    10 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    1 lemon peel and pulp chopped
    salt and pepper to taste


Toss the chicken pieces with the olive oil, rosemary, lemon juice, garlic, lemon peel and salt and pepper. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

Heat the oven to 475. Arrange chicken in a baking dish and ad all the marinade. Roast, turning once, until cooked through - 30 to 40 minutes.

Divide between 4 plates.
