I got this recipe many years ago from my Mother. I'm guessing on how many servings. If you have a large group of people I add 2 cans of pineapple each, cottage cheese and coolwhip. Ingredients

    1 Large Jell-O Sugar Free Lime Jello (or any flavor)
    1-20oz unsweetened crushed pineapple
    1-20oz unsweetened chunk pineapple
    1 Cup Lowfat 1% Cottage Cheese
    1 Cup Kraft Lite Cool Whip


Directions

Boil jello in 2 cups water. Set aside. Drain chunk and crushed pineapple and save juice. Use 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice that you saved and add to jello. Add crushed & chunk pineapple, cottage cheese, and cool whip to jello mixture. Mix well and refrigerate for several hours.
