Ingredients

    4 Green Bell Peppers
    1 cup Rice
    2 Cups Chicken broth
    4 ounces cooked shrimp (or 8 ounces small salad shrimp cooked.)
    1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
    2 Celery stalks, chopped
    1/4 Onion Chopped
    6 cloves Garlic
    1 tsp of: Lemon Pepper, Mace, Clove
    2 tsp of: Basil, Parsley
    2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 serving of Panda Express Orange Sauce


Directions

Boil chicken broth on stove. Cook rice in chicken broth 20 minutes on low. While rice is cooking, chop up celery, onion, mushrooms, and garlic, and if necessary, the shrimp. Combine ingredients with spices, soy, and orange cause, and simmer on stove 8 minutes. Mix together with rice. Hollow out Green peppers, cutting the top off of each. Fill each pepper with some of the rice mixture. Put one cup of water into a microwave safe dish big enough to fit all four peppers and microwave for 8 minutes. For added flavor, add lemon juice and top with either shredded cheddar cheese or Feta cheese...just remember to compensate when tracking! :)
