Ingredients

    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup chopped celery
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    2 cups kidney beans
    1 10.75 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 family size can of condensed tomato soup
    1 Tbsp cumin
    2 Tbsp chili powder

Directions

saute onions, celery, garlic mushrooms and pepper in olive oil. Add beans and diced tomatoes. Season and cook for one minute more. Add condensed soup and 1/2 a can of water. Simmer for 20 minutes to let flavors blend.
