    Romaince lettuce (8 leaves)
    Whole Wheat Tortilla Shells (8)
    Pre-cooked shrimp
    Onion (1 cup chopped)
    1 whole large tomato
    1 Avocado
    1 tbsp parsley and lemon pepper
    Lemon Juice and/or Lime Juice (4 wedge yeilds)
    Salsa (optional.)


Pour out lemon juice (add lime as well if you choose,) and set aside. Dice the shirmp, mix with remaining ingredients,add lemon/lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste and referigerate for at least an hour. Place lettuce leaf in soft taco shell, pour 2-3 spoonfuls of mixture on to soft taco. Add salsa for flavor...just don't forget to compensate when tracking. :)
