Ingredients

    1 stick of butter
    1 pkg of chopped broccoli
    8 oz goat cheese
    1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 cup of milk
    5 cups of cooked brown rice

Directions

In skillet melt butter and 'fry' broccoli in it until tender, add mushroom soup, milk and stir well. Add Velveeta cheese cut up in chunks and stir until cheese melted, add garlic powder and seasoning salt. Add rice and mix well and simmer until flavor blends! Delicious! Makes (12) 1/2 cup servings.
