    1 pound lean ground beef
    1/3 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
    1/4 Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon olive oil


Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Do not over mix, as meatballs will be tough. Shape mixture into 16 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs; cook 5 minutes, browning on all sides.

Serve with favorite sauce and pasta.
