    3 chicken thighs, sliced
    1 leek, washed and sliced
    1 garlic glove, crushed and chopped
    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 cup mushrooms, sliced
    2 cups brown rice
    5 cups water (or stock if preferred)
    1 cup parmesan cheese, grated


Saute chicken, add leek, garlic and mushrooms in oil, Add rice and stir until well-coated. add water. Cook in rice cooker as directed. Add parmesan cheese before serving.
