Introduction

Vegetable Chili loaded with beans! This is a GREAT meal to have while training for distance and endurance events. Vegetable Chili loaded with beans! This is a GREAT meal to have while training for distance and endurance events.
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 can of black, kidney, and garbanzo beans
    1 can of diced tomaotes
    1 can of diced tomatoes with chili seasoning
    1 Mc Cormicks spice pack for chili (optional or use your own spices)
    1 cup of diced carrots, celery
    1/2 cup of diced white onion

Directions

Put all into a crockpot and cook on low all day!

You can add beef but take out one type of bean.

If you divide into 10 servings of 1 cup cooked each you are at 187 calories per serving.
