Ingredients

    1 c ground turkey
    1 c onion, chopped
    1 T flaxseed, ground
    28 oz can diced tomatoes
    15 oz can chili hot beans
    15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 T chili powder
    1 T Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Brown ground turkey and onion till meat no longer pink. add remaining ingredients and simmer til ready to serve.
