Introduction

Ingredients

    Nabisco Oreo Pie Crust
3-6 oz. containers of plain Chobani Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
8 tbsp. Peter Pan Whipped Peanut Butter
    12 packets of no-calorie sweetener*

    * Because greek yogurt is made from a highly concentrated form of milk, it is much, MUCH more tart than any of your other run-of-the-mill yogurts. Thus, the high amount of sweetener is necessary.

Directions

Combine yogurt, peanut butter, and sweetener in a large bowl. You should keep mixing until the consistency is smooth and there are no visible chunks of peanut butter.

Spoon the mix into the pie crust, and spread evenly.

Place the pie in the freezer, covered (preferably with the plastic "lid" that came with the pie crust). After two hours, remove, slice, and serve!
