Introduction

Ingredients
-
(I made these up as I went along. I measured nothing, so these are guesses)
1/2 cup molasses
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 Tbsp melted butter (or margarine, or vegetable oil)
2 small boxes raisins.
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350
Dump all the ingredients except raisins in a bowl. Stir until well mixed. It will be very dense. Add raisins and fold in.
Line 24 mini muffins. Divide the batter between the cups. They don't raise at all, so fill them nearly all the way.
Bake for 15 minutes.
They are very dense - much like an energy bar- and about 100 calories a mini muffin. Substitute out the butter for a vegan alternative and these are vegan! That was unintentional on my part - I was just out of eggs.
