Introduction

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 kg dry pasta
    2 chicken breasts
    3 garlic cloves
    4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1.5 cup heavy cream
    3 tbp parmesan
    3 fl. oz marsala wine

Directions

Saute garlic in olive oil. Add sliced chicken and cook through. Pour Marsala wine over cooked chicken. Add sliced mushrooms and saute until soft. Once everything is soft, add cream to mixture (including mushroom juice). Let simmer for 5 minutes; add parmesan and stir to dissolve. Let thicken simmering for 10-15 minutes more. If too thick add some pasta water in last minute before draining the pasta.
Drain pasta. Pour Marsala sauce over. Serve with some parmesan to grate over.

Serving Size: Makes about 15 servings (two pasta scoops)
