    3 Chicken Breast
    31/2 cups Brown Rice
    1 Canned Tomatoes
    1 Chopped Red Peppers
    1 cHOPPED Green Peppers
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp Chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste


Cut the chicken breast into small/ medium cubes, add to a skillet ( prepped with veggie spray) cook until fully brown. In the mean time bring 10 cups of water to a boil in a tall pan for the rice. One its boiled add the brown rice and cover. Once the rice in half ways cooked gently stir in the rest of the ingredients except chicken cover again. When the veggies seem cook in the rice add the chicken and cover again until the rice is fully cooked.

Serving Size: makes 6- 1 cup servings
