Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup dry Minute brown rice uncooked
    Seasonings to taste: garlic, pasley, basil, onion, cilantro, oregano
    1 1/2 cup fresh spinach
    1 tsp vegetable oil (olive, soybean oil, canola oil)
    1 tbsp tomato paste or fresh tomato chunks

Directions

Boil spinach with seasonings and tomato. After 7-8 minutes add rice. Add lemon juice.
Cook until both rice and spinach fully cooked.
Cover until all liquid is absorbed by rice.
Add canola oil and mix well.

Let sit 5-10 minutes before serving.
