Introduction

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Lucerne Milk 1%, .5 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp or to taste
    Cardamom, ground, large pinch
    Nutmeg, ground, .large pinch
    Mace, large pinch
    Brown Sugar, 2 tsp packed
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp
    Salt, pinch
    Soft White Bread, 3 thick slices
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp

Directions

Mix all but last 2 ingredients. Soak bread in mixture, poking bread with a fork to increase absorption and flipping bread occasionally. Melt butter in a pan on medium to medium high heat, then (when bread is nice and gushy) fry bread (both sides) in butter until golden brown.

Top with powdered sugar (not included in nutrition count)
