Trader Joe's Organic 3 Grain Tempeh, 113 gram(s) (remove)
Red bell pepper, Roasted, 6 oz (remove)
onion, sauteed, .25 cup (remove)
Carrots, cooked, 50 grams (remove)
Celery, cooked, 85 grams (remove)
Cajun Seasoning-Penzeys Spices, 1.5 tsp (remove)
Directions
PreHeat oven to 350 degree oven
Spray a non-stick pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Sautee chopped onion and celery with 1.5 tsp of Penzey's cajun Seasoning.
When softened, add Trader Joe's Tempeh and add 1/3 cup of water. Allow to cook down.
Cut a large bell pepper in half and clean out. Split the tempeh mix evenly between both halves of the pepper.
Place filled peppers in a metal, oven-safe, dish with .25 inches of water in the botttom. Place filled peppers in the the pan, cover pan with foil, and bake in a 350 degree oven until pepper is softened, about 20 minutes.
