    *Flour, all purpose baking, gluten/wheat/dairy free (Bob's Red Mill) (1/4 c), 2.5 cup (remove)
    *Active Yeast 1 packet (Fleishman's), 1.5 serving (remove)
    Warmn Water, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *turbinado, sugar in the raw, raw sugar, cane sugar, 3 tsp (remove)
    Xanthun Gum, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, .33 tbsp (remove)


Combine the yeast sugar and water in a bowl or I put it in my bread machine. Let sit for a few minutes and then add

flour, xanthum gum, and salt.

Whisk together the eggs, oil and vinegar and add to machine.

Put on dough setting and then after the dough is mixed thoroughly remove and put in a greased bread pan.

Bake at 375 oven for 55 minutes.

Serving Size: 14 slices approximately 3/4" thick
