A poor man's verison of Goulash A poor man's verison of Goulash

Ingredients

    1 - bag of egg noodle
    1 - can of diced tomatoes
    1 - can of tomatoe sauce
    1 - pound of ground chuck

Directions

Cook the egg noodles in a separate pan. While the noodles are cooking brown the gound chuck (crumbled). Also warm the tomatoes and sauce in their own pan as well.
Once everything is done put noodles in a bowl and then top with meat, tomatoes and sauce.

Serving Size: 11 1-cup servings approximately
