Ingredients

    1 cup Oikos vanilla yogurt
    1 block Philadelphia cream cheese
    2 scoops Body Fortress whey protein - vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 9'' Keebler Ready Crust - shortbread
    6 tbsp (or so) Smuckers sugar free seedless blackberry jam

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Mix softened cream cheese with yogurt. Add in eggs when all lumps have been smoothed out. Add in whey protein powder and mix well.

Spread jam on bottom of pie crust, pour cheese mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.

Cheesecake is very dense, yet has a subtle sweetness with no added sugar.
