Ingredients

    1.5 lbs stew beef
small bag of baby carrots, about 5 oz.
    3 medium onions
    1/2 lb baby portabella mushrooms

    3-4 bay leaves
32 oz Swansons low sodium beef broth
    32 oz water

Directions

Brown meat in large skillet. Clean vegetables, throw baby carrots in pot whole, quarter the onions, and halve the mushrooms and potatoes. Throw the garlic cloves and other spices in whole, cover with broth and water. Cook over campfire for as long as 8 to 10 hours.

Mix the flour with enough water to make a sort of runny paste... stir slowly into soup for a thick gravy. Enjoy!
