    2 cans Starkist chunky light tuna in water
    2 Large hard boiled eggs-chopped
    1/4 cup white onion-chopped
    1 green onion (one out of bushel)-chopped
    4 tablespoons pickle relish
    4-5 tablespoons Hellmans Dijonaise


Boil eggs, let cool
Mix all ingredients in bowl

Serve on whole wheat bread or with Ritz Crackers
