Introduction
A bright sauce that is beats out plain old chicken! A bright sauce that is beats out plain old chicken!Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh preferred)
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 teaspoon salt (any kind will work)
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions
1. In a blender or food processor, blend the oil, lemon juice, onion, salt, thyme, marjoram, and garlic until thick and smooth. Add sauce and chicken to ziplock bag and allow to marinate for 6-8 hours, or overnight if you have the time.
2. Preheat grill for high heat.
3. Empty remaining sauce into pot on stove and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Coat the grill with oil or cooking spray. Arrange chicken and cook 15 minutes flipping once, and brushing constantly with heated sauce.
OR
Cook Chicken on indoor skillet at medium high heat for 8- 10 minutes per side, brushing constantly with heated sauce.
Make sure chicken is cooked thoroughly through or 165F.
