    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.25 cup
    Baby Carrots, raw, 8 medium
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Chicken stock, home-prepared, 2 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp


Cook the onions, garlic, carrots and celery in the plive oil until they've sweated themselves for a bit. Add the stock, herbs, and pumpkin. Stir until the pumpkin is fully incorporated with the stock. Simmer on low heat for 2 hours. Taste, re-season accordingly and serve over pasta.
