    4 - La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortillas

    2 - Morningstar Farms Spicy Black Bean Burger patties, thawed

    2 oz. - Semisoft goat cheese crumbles

    1 - 10 oz. package fresh baby spinach

    6 - Large white mushrooms, sliced

    .5 cup red salsa


Lightly spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray.

Crumble burger patties into pan and add mushrooms and salsa

Cook until mushrooms are soft and add spinach

Cook until spinach wilts and remove from heat

Add goat cheese crumbles and stir until melted

Fill each tortilla with 1/4 of the filling and wrap burrito style
