Ingredients

    2/3 cup Natural peanut butter
    1/3 cup Almond butter
    1/2 cup quick cook oatmeal
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 large egg
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    powdered sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except powdered sugar. Roll into 1oz balls, coat in powdered sugar and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Makes 16-18 1 oz servings (depending on how much batter you lick off the spoon!).
