    Black olives
    Green chilis
    Shredded mexican four cheese blend
    Flour tortillas
    Sour Cream
    Cream Cheese


This recipe involves no cooking. In a large bowl combine; black olives, green chilis, shredded cheese, sour cream and cream cheese. Blend until smooth and semi-thick spread. Spread a thin layer across a tortilla shell. Roll the shell into a tight roll. Then proceed to slice the large roll into small disks (1/4 inch). Repeat with remaining spread for the remaining tortillas.

Serving Size: 4 quarter inch slices, makes about 25 servings
