Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp
Salt, 0.5 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp

Honey, 1 tbsp
Butter, salted, 4 tbsp
Honey Lime Butter:
Honey, 0.25 cup
*Lime Zest, 3 tsp (or zest from 1 lime)

Mix wet ingredients
Mix dry ingredients
Combine wet into dry until well blended
Drop spoonfuls of batter onto pre-heated greased griddle
Combine butter ingredients in separate bowl - use to spread on pancakes when done.
