Ingredients

    3 bone in pork loin chops
    1/8 cup flour
    3/8 cup Italian bread crumbs
    1 beaten egg
    2 T olive oil

Directions

Dredge pork chop in flour. Dip in egg. Dredge in bread crumbs.
Heat olive oil in heavy skillet. Brown chops on both sides. Remove to broiler pan.
In preheated 350 degree oven. finish cooking the chops for approx 30 minutes. Excess fat drains off into bottom of broiler pan.
