Yummy baked potato with tuna and coleslaw. Yummy baked potato with tuna and coleslaw.
Number of Servings: 1

    * Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 cup, solid or chunks
    * Coleslaw, home-prepared, 2 tbsp
    * I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Regular Spread, 0.5 serving (remove)
    * Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 1 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4")

Wash and dry the potato and make a cross with a sharp knife. Place in the oven and bake for about an hour or until the potato is soft.
While the potato is cooking, drain and flake the tuna and measure out the coleslaw into a separate bowl.
When the potato is ready, take out of oven, scoop out the flesh, keeping the skin to one side.
Mix the flesh with the margarine and add the tuna and coleslaw. Mix well together and scoop back into the skin.
Serve immediately with a nice crisp salad.
