    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 medium onions, sliced thing
    3 bell peppers (I used green, orange, and red), sliced thing
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    16 oz mushrooms, sliced
    20 oz raw chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 packet Taco Bell fajita seasoning mix


Saute all first 6 ingredients together until chicken in almost cooked through and vegetables are cooked but still crispy. Add fajita seasoning and 1/3 cups water. Cook until chicken is done.

You can serve on tortillas or over rice (not included in calories).
