    1 16-oz. container light sour cream
    1 8-oz. package light cream cheese
    1 packet Ranch dressing/dip seasoning
    1/2 can light beer (6 oz. or 3/4 cup)
    2 cups (8-oz.) reduced-fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese


Mix sour cream and cream cheese in a bowl until blended. Mix in Ranch seasoning. Stir in beer. Mix in shredded cheese.
Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
