A new way to eat your egg whites and oatmeal. A new way to eat your egg whites and oatmeal.
Number of Servings: 1


    5 egg whites
    2 slices Turkey bacon (fully cooked)
    1/4 cup oatmeal
    1 Tbspn dried Onion
    1/4 tsp black pepper


Mix all ingredients in a deep microwavable bowl. Place in microwave on high for 1.5 minutes. Stir. Place back into microwave for an additional 1.5 minutes. Enjoy!

Note: Please feel free to substitute turkey bacon for 1 slice canadian bacon. You can also add a variety of veggies such as fresh spinach, onion and peppers. Also, look for AppleGate Farms turkey bacon, it is free of preservatives and is nitrate free!
