Ingredients

    1 tablespoon of chocagave, goji berries, chia seeds, and raw cacao powder

    1 cup of coconut milk

    3/4 cup of buckwheat flour

    1 teaspoon of baking powder and baking soda

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, add berries and seeds.

Scoop mixture into muffin tray.

Cook for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when muffin is poked with one.

Serving Size: Makes 6 muffins
