    sourdough starter, 1 cup
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
    Egg substitute, liquid 1 cup
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Kroger Whey Protein, 3 servings


in a large bowl combine sourdough starter, flour and protein mix. Stir. Add milk and eggs, stir till blended. Add baking powder. Mix well. When consistency is good (you might have to add more milk, depending) add baking soda. spray the surfaces of the waffle iron when hot, and cook according to directions. serve with applesauce or whip topping. YUM
