    1.5-2 lbs. fresh snap green beans
    8 med. white potatoes
    1 lb. package of Smoked Sausage (Hillshire Farms)


Clean & snap the green beans into bite size pieces.
Peel, & cut potatoes into large chunks.
Cut sausage into thick slices.
Place beans, potatoes, & sausage into a large Pressure Cooker. Cover with water, & lock lid (with the weight on the nozzle) into place. Place over high heat, until pressure comes up (the weight will jiggle & be noisy)--then reduce heat. Continue cooking (you'll still hear the hiss of the pressure cooker, or the weight will still jiggle occasionally) for approx. 15 min. Remove from heat, & release pressure by running cold water over the top of the pressure cooker, till no steam escapes when you tilt the weight to the side. DO NOT remove the lid, or the weight, untill the pressure is all removed, & no more steam escapes). Remove lid carefully.

Makes approx. 12-1 cup servings.
