    *Celeriac, 1000 gram(s) (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    Parsley, 1 cup (remove)


Peel and cut celeriac into julienne strips. Sprinkle with olive oil and black pepper and bake for 30 minutes in 170 degree oven. Turn often.
When roasted to taste, sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix finely chopped garlic, finely chopped parsley and lemon zest and add to celeriac. Serve
