Ingredients

    1 - slice of turkey meat
    1 green onion
    .12oz - cream cheese (enough to cover the slice of meat)

Directions

Take one slice of meat and wipe dry from all excess moisture then spread cream cheese evenly over the meat to cover it. Then take a green onion and place at the edge of the meat and roll the meat around the onion. Put the roll into the refrigerator to allow it to set. Leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour (over night for best results) and then remove and cut into 8 pieces approximately (can get more or less depending on how thick you make the slices).
