    125 g turkey Ham, diced (optional)
    1 large Onion (s)
    1 tsp Sugar
    2 tablespoons Olive oil
    1 Garlic clove (s)
    Thyme and basil, chopped
    Box 2 / n Tomato (s), chopped (425 ml can) or self-made tomato puree
    200 ml Light Cream (equal parts 1% milk and evaporated skim milk)
    1 ball Mozzarella
    White bread, cubed, roasted
    Basil, for decoration
    Salt and pepper


The cubes of ham with chopped onion and fry in olive oil 1 teaspoon sugar. Now sprinkle with thyme, basil, finely chopped clove of garlic and the chopped tomatoes or tomato puree to the self-made, complete with water and boil everything together. Add the cream and heat, not boil. Season with salt and pepper. Distribute the finished soup plate with toasted white bread cubes, divided into small pieces of the mozzarella and basil leaves.
