    In the food processor add chopped apple and bananas and mix.
    In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients
    Mix eggs whites,egg and oil together in a small bowl and add to the dry ingredients and mix and then add banana/apple mix to the bowl and mix well then add frozen blue berries.
    Line a 12 cup muffin baking tin and spoon in the batter mix and bake for 30 min at 375 degrees.
    Cool before storing in fridge or freezer.


Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees
