    3 oz chicken breast - cooked and shredded
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1.5 oz baby carrots - chopped
    1 TBSP chopped onion
    2 TBSP raisins
    1/4 cup fage 0% yogurt
    2 TBSP Hidden Valley fat free Ranch dressing


Serving Size: split in half for 2 servings

Start with pre-cooked and shredded chicken breast, otherwise cook time will be however long it takes to cook the chicken.

Dice the veggies, mix with the shredded chicken, add the yogurt and ranch dressing.

I usually serve on a sandwich thin or whole wheat tortilla, but it's not bad on it's own or over lettuce either.
