Ingredients

    1 cup raw brown rice
    1 lb. 97% lean ground beef
    2 Tbs. toasted sesame oil
    1 tsp garlic powder or 4 cloves minced garlic
    12 oz broccoli slaw
    2 cup shredded nappa cabbage
    2 Tbs soy sauce
    crushed red pepper flakes, to taste

Directions

cook rice. Brown meat, drain and set aside. Heat sesame oil in skillet. Add garlic stir fry 2 minutes. Add broccoli slaw and cabbage; stir fry 2 min. Add rice and soy sauce; stir fry 2 minutes. Add beef and season with red pepper flakes.
